Makna Hidup

Bagi orang yang sudah mengenal Allah SWT dengan baik, maka ia akan yakin bahwa segala hal yang menimpa adalah bagian dari nikmat/cobaan yang Allah berikan. Setiap peristiwa yang terjadi, sesungguhnya tidak hanya bernilai ujian semata, tetapi hal itu akan mendidik kita untuk mengenal arti hidup yang sebenarnya. Kesusahan dan kemudahan yang menjauhkan kita dari Allah, adalah musibah bagi kita, dan segala sesuatu yang mendekatkan kita pada Allah adalah nikmat. Tidak ada yang kebetulan apa yang kita alami hari ini maupun hari kemarin, itu semua pesan dari-Nya. Sikapilah semua peristiwa kecewa/gembira dengan hati yang tenang bukankah itu semua perjalanan hidup kita dan merupakan rangkaian peristiwa yang telah ditentukan Allah SWT...

Mengapa Harus Mencuci Tangan?

Ribuan bahkan jutaan kuman yang tidak kasat mata ada disekitar kita. Sadar atau tidak sadar, mau atau tidak mau, kita akan melakukan kontak atau bahkan impossible untuk terhindar samasekali (steril).
Karena itulah, kapan saja di saat kondisi badan lemah terutama anak-anak, sistem pertahan tubuh (immunitas) tidak mampu melawan keganasan (patogenitas) kuman-kuman yang masuk ke dalam tubuh tanpa kita sadari, baik melalui makanan dan minuman, setelah bekerja, bermain ataupun keluar dari kamar kecil. Yang pada akhirnya kita akan jatuh sakit.

Bagaimanakah Cara Mencuci Tangan Yang Baik dan Benar?

Berikut adalah standar cuci tangan :

1. Basahi tangan setinggi pertengahan lengan bawah dengan air mengalir

2. Gunakan sabun di bagian telapak tangan yang telah basah

3. Gosok telapak tangan ke telapak tangan, sehingga menghasikan busa secukupnya selama 15-20 detik

4. Bilas kembali dengan air bersih

5. Tutup kran dengan siku atau tissue

6. Keringkan tangan dengan tissue / handuk kertas

7.  Hindarkan menyentuh benda disekitarnya setelah mencuci tangan
